SMM Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic SMM (Social Media Marketing) Manager to join our team and lead our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and digital marketing, with a proven track record in developing content ideas, live content initiatives, and effective social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• • • Oversee day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
    • Develop engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, and reels to showcase real estate projects, design elements, and company culture.

Content Creation and Live Content Ideas:

• • • Generate creative ideas for live content, such as virtual property tours, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes project updates.
    • Collaborate with project teams to highlight key milestones, exclusive property features, and lifestyle elements.
    • Work closely with videographers and content creators to produce high-quality videos for social media.

Strategy Development and Execution:
