Keep professional relationship & positive attitude with Pharmacy Staff
Assists customers by demonstrating products, devices and applications of products
Recommends additional and complementary products and/or services based on information provided by the Customer or items already selected for purchase
Accountable for all aspects of managing the operations, inclusive of inventory‐related processes, merchandise resets, visual ad set, and pricing compliance
Understands marketing calendar and confirms store setups to correlate with marketing launches
Is available for planned brand in store support visits
Inform customers of current promotions and events
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
Understands sales plan by week and executes to plan
Cross‐sell both Esthederm & Bioderma products
Report, Follow & Apply the Stock Allocation Process within her POS
Report, Follow & Apply the damaged, Expiry & near expiry Management Process within her POS
Keep her Merchandising Areas and Tools at its best Clean and Neat situation
Ensure the implementation of agreed TMA & promo mechanic and report any discrepancy to line manager & KAM team
Ensure proper and efficient tool distribution “flayers, MD, Samples ...etc. “as per line manager direction
Attend all the assigned pharmacy sales event and ensure proper teamwork with all teammate in the event
Support with the launch of new products
Data base collection and follow‐up with the consumer about the skin condition
Monitor & Report competitor’s activities (New Launches – Events – Marketing Activities) Via Business WhatsApp Groups & Emails
Have the required knowledge on competitor’s products and consumer’s interest & concerns in order to answer to their questions and provide more complete information
Initiate to the line manager any idea that will support increasing RSO and brand market share inside the POSs
Support KAM & commercial team in the proper fast liquidation of any near expired items inside POS
Participate and prepare for Bioderma morning as per aligned and communicated by line manager
Build dynamic relationships with retailer and customers, as well as develop and strengthen training and communication skills
