Site Supervisor

Position Title: Site Supervisor – Retail / Commercial Fitout

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Overview:

The Site Supervisor for Retail Fitout is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site activities for retail space construction and refurbishment projects in UAE. This role ensures that projects are completed to high-quality standards, within the scheduled timeline and budget, and in compliance with local regulations. The Site Supervisor will work closely with subcontractors, trades, and project stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of the fitout, while maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Retail Fitout Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail fitout processes, materials, and design elements, including flooring, partitions, displays, lighting, and furniture installation.
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site teams, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to liaise with clients, designers, and project managers.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in identifying issues and resolving them efficiently on-site to ensure project continuity.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that every aspect of the retail fitout meets design specifications and client expectations, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in retail fitouts in UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE’s retail industry standards and fitout regulations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision within the retail sector.
• UAE driving license
