About the job SITE SECRETARY
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and overseeing the company's administrative and organizational procedures at the construction site.
Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for site-related meetings.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor and track project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Handle on-site logistics, including scheduling deliveries and managing inventory of materials and supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the site level.
Support the preparation of progress reports and assist in budget monitoring.
Maintain records of personnel attendance, leave, and other site-related HR matters.
Provide general administrative support to the site team.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Site Secretary or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology.
Candidates currently residing in the UAE will only be considered.
Must be available for immediate joining.
