We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer (Fit-Out) to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects, ensuring their completion within the required quality standards, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE fit-out industry and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee and manage all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design, and quality standards.
Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Drawing & Specification Review: Interpret and execute project drawings, blueprints, and BOQs for precise implementation.
Workforce Management: Direct and supervise site labourers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety regulations.
Material & Procurement Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of materials and verify quality as per project requirements.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain site progress records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate project updates to the management.
Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct site inspections, identify discrepancies, and ensure high finishing standards in line with industry best practices.
HSE Compliance: Ensure that all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues, technical challenges, and client concerns effectively to prevent delays.
RequirementsJob Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out projects in the UAE.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, finishing materials, and construction techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and UAE construction laws.
