What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 7 years of Site Engineering Experience in a Power or Contracting Company environment in the UAE.
  
• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  
• Ability to work in an environment that demands Excellence, Time, and Energy.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  
• Strong Project Management skills and experience in handling MEP design projects from Inception to Completion.
  
• Creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.
  
• Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages in multiple levels of field engineering, Enhancing Project Execution through Effective trade coordination, scheduling, and document management.
  
• Prepares detailed Project Estimates, accounting for design, equipment, installation, labour, materials, and other related costs, ensuring Comprehensive Financial Oversight.
  
• Manages and executes Tests on various materials and equipment, upholding Rigorous Product Specifications and Adherence to all required Standards.
  
• Maintains Meticulous Records and Data on Site Progress, providing regular and timely updates to the Project Manager.
  
• Reports to the Project Manager on Site Progress and challenges encountered, seeking Guidance to navigate complexities and Ensure project milestones are met.
  
• Collaborates Seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to Craft architectural designs for electrical services, ensuring alignment with FIVE’s Project Specifications.
  
• Assists in allocating and ensuring Compliance of Designs to all activities, meeting Timeframes and Expectations.
  
• Evaluates all design drawings to Comply with Quality Regulations, ensuring every Detail meets FIVE’s Gold Standard of Precision and Accuracy.
  
• Liaises with local suppliers and subcontractors to Guarantee that all materials meet Rigorous Standards and align with the Scope of Work required by FIVE.
  
• Ensures that the Project adheres to agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines, demonstrating a Steadfast commitment to meeting FIVE’s Top-Tier expectations.
  
• Complies with established Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, employing all appropriate Safety Equipment and Practices.
  
• Adheres to strict instructions issued to Protect the Health and Safety of oneself and others in the Workplace, fostering a Next-Level Safe and Compliant work environment.
  
• Prepares Comprehensive Records of meetings, design reviews, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are Well-Informed of the project status.
  
• Keeps precise Documentation of Site Progress, enabling Effective communication and Timely decision-making.
