A SharePoint Developer plays a crucial role in the development and management of SharePoint applications and solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging SharePoint to enhance business processes and improve collaboration within organizations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications and sites to meet organizational requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for SharePoint solutions.
  3. Implement workflows and automate business processes using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
  5. Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data by implementing appropriate permissions and access controls.
  6. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and best practices to enhance system performance.
  7. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of SharePoint tools.
  8. Participate in the design and implementation of SharePoint architecture and governance policies.
  9. Assist in migrating existing content and applications to SharePoint Online.
  10. Document technical specifications and user guides for SharePoint solutions.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies.
  6. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  7. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint customization.
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  10. Strong organizational skills with a focus on project management.
