Role       : Shareholder Services Senior Specialist
Location : Abu Dhabi                        
Role Purpose:
Practice Share Registration Services on daily activities.
    
Key Accountabilities of the role      
CMIS customer service front desk 

1. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about shareholders services.
2. Handles complex customer inquiries, resolves escalated complaints, and provides excellent service via phone, email, and in-person. 
3. May Supervise staff, manage customer records, analyze trends, and prepare reports on customer service issues. and responsible for responding to any complaints may have.
4. Providing support to branches by answering and resolving their queries and problems encountered in daily activities is a key part of this role. 
5. Handling various CMIS operations tasks such as custody updates, payments checking, verifying dematerialized shares, and processing payments transfers, among other tasks.
6. Participate in the preparations for special Projects such as AGM meetings, dividend disbursements & IPO’s and ensure compliance with ADIB policies & procedures, regulators guidelines, and market standards. 
7. Handling both external and internal CMIS correspondence.
8. Initiating process improvements, generating and implementing new ideas, following up on the resolution of issues.
9. Studying or working to improve selective area of knowledge in field of Shareholders Services.

RESULTS REQUIERD:

1. Ability to use MS Office.
2. Ability to handle customer service.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
