Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, upgrades, implementations, and more
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations
Experience in configuration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities
ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI customization, and building integrations with third-party tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and/or ITBM
