Proactively identify, respond to and win modernization projects to include; identifying bid opportunities, preparing bid responses, negotiating with potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships. Propose, negotiate and secure down payments from customers. Overseeing job details throughout sales process, including managing contract documents, creating approvals and layouts and tracking to completion. Initiating sales installation process by working directly with field management on projects and coordinating activities and information related to ordering and installation of the equipment. Participate in ongoing project management activities, including site visit, project management meetings, etc. Interdependently collaborate with service sales and operations to ensure customer needs are met. General understanding of contract terms and/or language 8. Provides supports to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement. 9. Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations, 10. Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts. 11. Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals. 12. Follow up the lost service contract with customers 13. To attend meeting with customers. 14. To follow up the other brand elevators 15. Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works. 16. Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted. 17. Supporting the renovation offering. Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering · 4-5 years experience in the same field in UAE · Computer skills · Negotiation skills · Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage
