Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting a Service Manager
for a leading provider of data center infrastructure services based in Dubai,
UAE. The role includes excellent
service and operation support to the clients, maintaining the existing
customer base, perusing new customer from service sales team. Other job
responsibilities are as follow
- Planning the yearly sales revenue
target & GP
- Planning the department overhead
budget for the year
- Securing the renewal contracts on time
- Generating the sales leads from the
existing customer base as PULL thru business
- Onboarding new AMC customer with
process in place
- Contracting Negotiation and signing
the new / existing contracts
- Coordinating with OEM for back-to-back
support for service
- Managing the service sales team (4
sales person) and guiding them to achieve their target
- Managing the service support team (3 person)
for coordination and order processing
- Managing the P&L of the department
- Achieve the set department sales target
-Managing the Operation team of on
field and office team (total 20 person) incl the project / operation manager
reporting the service manager
- Overall managing the service /
operation department with the team strength of 30 person approx.
- Taking feedback from the client
- Arrange Training program for engineers
& office staff for self-improvement.
- Min
10+ yrs as service manager in corporate or data center industry.
- Knowledge
of data center solutions and equipment.
- Proven
experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience
in budgeting, forecasting, and goal setting.
- In-depth
knowledge of best practices in the service industry.
