Our dealership, the exclusive distributor of a car brand in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management: Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve departmental goals.Workshop Improvement: Analyze and improve procedures to enhance workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.Team Leadership: Ensure adequate staffing, facilitate onboarding, and provide regular feedback to foster team development.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials in the service area.Training & Development: Organize training sessions and coach team members to improve job performance.Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L of the branch, monitor financial KPIs, and ensure long-term profitability.Marketing Involvement: Contribute to marketing strategies to attract customers and build healthy business relationships.Productivity Monitoring: Scrutinize technician productivity and address inefficiencies.What We OfferCompetitive salary of AED 8000 - AED 12000.Opportunity to lead a growing service department for leading automotive brands.Professional development and career growth in a dynamic environment.
