A Service Desk Support Technician is required for an initial 12-month contract for our client in the healthcare technology industry. The role is fully remote and will be working full time, from Monday to Friday.
Location: Client have multiple locations; resource should be in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
* Accurately record calls and emails, prioritization, tracking, and routing incidents on Fresh Desk.
* Monitor the alerts and notify the concerned team and process the requests from the end users.
* Interact with the clients to give and process information in response to incidents, inquiries, and requests for ongoing systems.
* Handle complaints effectively, resolve issues through phone and emails, and alternatives within the time limits.
* Investigating issues, identifying user or system error.
* Escalate priority issues to Supervisor or higher management if needed.
* Arrange and conduct systems internal and client training
