Service Coordinator of Commercial Vehicle Company (Entry Level)

This is an ENTRY Level Vacancy.

• Min. 1-2 years relevant experience preferably in Commercial Vehicles
• Bachelor’s Degree related to Automotive or similar course related to the position.
• Age: 25-35 years old
• Gender: Male or Female
• Nationality : Any
• Good command of English language, both oral & written skills

Job Description:

• Responsible to support and conduct in-house and on-site training activities as required.
• Maintains effective business relationship with the Distributors.
• Initiates corrective action as needed to ensure the excellent standard of service support is maintained.
• Monitor the performance of Distributors using appropriate report, tracking systems and surveys and reports areas in need of improvement to Division Manager.
• Assists with the implementation of marketing plans developed by Division Manager which promotes new and repeat business.
• Prepares and assists arrangement of annual service activities such as Skills contest, Regional Meeting, etc.
• Assists in organizing Service training events.
