What you will do:


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Project management skills with ability to manage stakeholders, project timeline, professional update/report to management on the progress and monitoring completion of project within optimal budget allocated.
  • Ability to review and establish process to consolidation the contracts for negotiation of the purchase volume.
  • Monitor and ensure the profitability of the VCA/contracts and coordinate execution.
  • Be responsible for the relevant field/warranty service documentation and implementation/fulfilment of business process according SME and RRPS requirements within field service (including implementation of business processes (according PSPM)).
  • Work in tandem with Duty Manager and Field Service Coordinator to ensure the service request enquires and process are supported in timely manner.
  • Ensure to collect NPS feedback after completion of job. Collect and review customer feedback.
  • ·Prepare and establish technical reports and notes during shop and field jobs required in report preparation.
  • Manage customer service request enquiries from end-to-end to promote a fast and effective delivery to our customers, including Customer communications, Project updates, work permits, coordination of logistics, vendor communication, internal communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare service quotes and ensure all related expenses are captured whilst offering customer service options.
  • Complete pre and post-order service job cost and labour analysis.
  • Liaise with Finance team internally for timely closure of service calls to match the records with finance book.
  • Collect, analyze and report Service engineer on-site timesheets, hours worked (Inc. O/T) and expenses.
  • As a process owner report and lead any service process improvement actions internally.

Qualifications/ Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration/Management
  • Preferably has product knowledge on MTU engines/systems
  • Project management experience is a must with good customer communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret report with decision making and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of management processes and reporting systems, cost calculation and management techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in MS office for report preparation and presentation is mandatory. 
  • No visa restrictions for GCC / MENA region as well as EU countries is good to have.
  • Good English knowledge (oral and written
