Collaborating closely with service technicians and parts departments, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all service transactions, including billing and invoicing, and ensuring timely communication with customers regarding service progress and costs.
You'll be pivotal in coordinating and scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair services, overseeing the smooth operation of the service department, and upholding stringent quality standards for all service tasks.

In the capacity of an Automotive Aftersales Executive, your foremost duty is to secure outstanding customer service and delight once a sale is completed. This entails managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and furnishing technical support for vehicle-related matters.
You will be at the forefront of coordinating and timetabling vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring the seamless operation of the service department, and upholding uncompromising quality criteria for all service operations.
