We’re looking for Service Administrator in UAE will manage the team responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment, assign and supervise technicians' activities, manage records related to breakdowns, issue and close work orders, compile monthly reports, promote safe working practices, and handle administrative tasks related to lease vehicle servicing and coordination of third-party manpower.

What you’ll do:
Plans, assigns, and supervises the team responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with Aggreko schedules and procedures
Assigns and supervises technicians' activities, including installation of equipment, technical support requirements, and reactive calls from customers for equipment failure and non-failure issues.
Manages records related to breakdowns, equipment status, and service hours using ERP.
Issues and closes work orders to technicians in a timely manner.
Compiles monthly reports for the service department, including QHSE and ISO reports, and submits them to the Regional office at the end of each month
Handles administrative tasks related to lease vehicle servicing, coordinating third-party manpower requirements per project, and scheduling duties for third-party drivers
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
College diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a service administration or similar role
Experience in coordinating teams of technicians
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and report compilation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with ERP systems and other service management software
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to promote and maintain a safe working environment
