Senior Warehouse In charge - Dubai

Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse In-Charge to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics within our Supply Chain Division in Dubai. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of spare parts and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business demands. Additionally, the role requires ad hoc support in Jebel Ali as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline deliveries and shipments.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and provide training to enhance operational efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of shipments, inventory movements, and stock audits for internal reporting and compliance.
• Ad Hoc Support: Provide warehouse and logistics assistance as required in Jebel Ali on a project basis.
