Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with over 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our banking mobile app and staff portal, ensuring intuitive design, enhanced functionality, and seamless user interaction. The designer must be proficient in both English and Arabic, with a strong background in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity user interfaces that cater to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for both the banking mobile app and staff portal, from concept to final implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, business analysts) to define user needs and design solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes.
Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, responsive across all platforms, and meet accessibility standards.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback to continuously enhance product design.
Design innovative, clean, and efficient UI/UX solutions for both mobile and web applications.
Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the platform competitive.
Communicate design ideas and strategies clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
RequirementsQualifications:
12+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the banking/financial services sector.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Extensive experience in designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design and user experience design for complex digital platforms.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and experience working closely with development teams.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Experience in user research, personas, and journey mapping.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creating elegant solutions for complex user interactions.
Experience in financial technology or enterprise staff portals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
