Possess a strong working knowledge of strategic transport models using platforms such as PTV Vision (VISUM), Citilabs (Cube Voyager), EMME, etc. Have experience with Activity-Based Transport Model development, which will be considered a valuable asset. Ability to communicate in Arabic, both written and spoken. Experience contributing to the design and development of land use plans, from small plot plans to large masterplans. Working knowledge of microsimulation software such as VISSIM, aaSIDRA, SYNCHRO, HCM, etc. Proficiency in Excel and GIS software. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent listening and communication abilities. A positive attitude that promotes teamwork and cooperation.
