On a given day, you will:
Lead complex trading analysis projects that shape our product development and risk management strategies
Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities to optimise our trading conditions and liquidity
Develop and implement sophisticated risk management frameworks that protect our operations while maximising growth
Utilise AI tools to streamline reporting, risk analysis and the evaluation of market trends
Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve intricate trading challenges and ensure seamless product launches
Build and maintain relationships with key liquidity providers to secure optimal trading conditions
Create innovative solutions to complex trading problems, often under time-sensitive conditions
Present data-driven recommendations to senior management that influence strategic decisions

We would love to work with you if you:
Have 5+ years of experience in trading analysis or similar roles within regulated entities
Hold a university degree in mathematics, finance, or a related field
Possess strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL
Have demonstrated experience in backtesting analysis and deep knowledge of financial markets
Can develop and implement risk management frameworks and SOPs
Communicate confidently with diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
