Senior Technical Architect – Residential & Mixed-use

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to drive compliance, constructability, and technical innovation across high-profile developments. You will lead the technical development and execution of complex hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with local authority codes, international standards, and constructability best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and oversee the production of high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of hospitality projects across all design phases.
  
• Ensure compliance with local authority codes and international standards (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE).
  
• Review and approve detailed technical drawings, ensuring constructability and design integrity.
  
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
  
• Manage and mentor technical design teams, fostering excellence and efficiency.
  
• Conduct quality control reviews to maintain the highest architectural standards.
  
• Oversee BIM workflows and ensure seamless coordination of design elements.
  
• Handle local authority submissions, ensuring adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations.
  

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture within hospitality or large-scale developments.
  
• Expertise in detailed design, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360, and Adobe Suite.
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
  
• Certification in BIM workflows preferred.
  
• Dubai Municipality Registration is a plus.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
