Take over a key role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive inthe People and Culture department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Justlife, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of hiring, onboarding, learning and development, team engagement, office management, and various people and culture initiatives. In this role, you’ll support the People & Culture Team’s strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering an environment where employees thrive. From sourcing and onboarding to engagement and development, you’ll help shape a workplace that is dynamic, inclusive, and inspiring.
What we expect from you:
- Lead the end-to-end employee life cycle and People and Culture projects, such as attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit process
- Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling online and onsite interviews to ensure process optimization and a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders
- Partner with departments to recruit, select, and onboard our talents
- Provide pre-boarding support to new joiners by collecting the necessary information and documents to enable a smooth and successful start
- Oversee the company-wide cohort onboarding program while delivering an exceptional and engaging experience for new hires
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data across multiple HRIS platforms to ensure all team member records are kept up to date
- Support the execution of office policies to foster a positive and engaging workplace for our office-based teams
- Identify development needs and facilitate development activities, learning, and development practices
- Be excellent at building relationships at all levels of the organization, including the management
- Support the People and Culture team with projects and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, employee experience to create high-performance teams in the organization
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of +4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HRBP
- A basic understanding of UAE labor law is essential, with practical experience in the DMCC zone considered a significant advantage
- Former experience in hiring and onboarding support
- Former experience within a technology or internet industry is ideal, especially experience working with sales and business development teams in SaaS
- Experience in ATS, HRIS, HR reports and metrics, OKRs, performance appraisal systems, feedback systems, and processes
- Ability to work from the office up to 5 days a week
- Being tech-savvy and open to adopting new tools to optimize work processes
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, including Google Sheets, Slides, and Documents
- Full proficiency in English is a must, and proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
- A growth mindset and a proactive "can-do" attitude toward diverse tasks in a fast-growing organization
