الوصف الوظيفي

  • Interface and communicate with external parties, and carry out the external follow up with the contractors, consultants and other official departments concerning the pending technical matters, as per directions, and inform the direct supervisor about the results of such communications in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with the developing and implementing of computer programs, in coordination with the information technology department and the concerned parties, and ensure their efficiency in improving procedures as may be needed.
  • Follow up with the pending technical matters with the concerned parties, and notify the direct supervisor with the obstacles facing them and their reason immediately.
  • Participate in the preparation of the work plans and programs and the annual budget of the section/ department concerning the technical matters including the determination of the technical studies that should be conducted, and provide the necessary data and information in this regard.
  • Provide concerned departments with the necessary support to enable them to implement the Vendor Relationship Management strategy in which will drive effective communication channels necessary.
  • Prepare and disseminated the culture of excellence across the section/department through preparing and supervising the implementation of performance excellence project.
  • Conduct technical Training sessions for RTA departments to introduce and enhance the best Strategic Vendor Relationship Management methods and ensure the comprehensive understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Review the audit reports, make suggestions and recommendations to handle the problems, overcome difficulties and improve the work, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
  • Participate in the management meetings and attend internal meetings as necessary; including but not limited to attending activities/ the meetings called by Top management and provide all /presentations/reports related to Vendors relationship management.
  • Supervise and ensure effective communication between the concerned parties in all related programs, initiatives, and projects, and ensure smooth coordination with other business units regarding the management of programs, initiatives, and projects.
  • Conduct technical studies aiming to develop the work of the section/department.
  • Supervise, monitor and control the coordination & follow up works, and ensure that all the works are carried out in a proper manner.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills.
  • Proven experience in supply chain and vendor management is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing stakeholder relations is required.
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
