JOB PURPOSE:
Organize awareness programs on the compliance framework, for ADNOC and Group Companies. Lead a wide range of compliance assurance activities at onshore/ offshore locations ensuring that security operations are aligned with ADNOC PSMS business goals, complies with regulatory requirements, and effectively manages risk.
Work effectively as part of a collaborative team to achieve the goals of the GCS Protective Security Management System (i.e., ISO:28000 program). Implement the Compliance and associated governance framework across key risk areas. Verify implementation status of security programs for designated entities and ensure program capability / capacity to deter, detect, and respond to security threats and violations in accordance with regulatory guidelines, and internal protocols.
Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective business objectives. Enhance the security systems related process, guidelines, and the procedure to meet the group vision.
