Support the head of legal Affairs by provide advice and Guidance of the legal matter.
Proposing, preparing, and drafting legislative projects, regulations, and systems related to the Authority's activities, and reviewing federal and local laws in coordination with relevant entities within and outside the Authority.
Identifying, categorizing, and periodically reviewing existing regulations within the Authority, updating them upon request from the concerned regulatory units and ensuring compliance with prevailing legislation.
Conducting legal studies on deficiencies, legislative gaps, and conflicts between certain laws, and providing recommendations for necessary amendments to those laws, specifically concerning the scope of the Authority's work.
Review KHDA policies across departments to ensure alignment with Dubai legislative requirements, promoting efficient operations, and ensuring legal compliance.
Represent legal affairs in committees that require representation from the Legal Affairs department.
Conduct legal training sessions and raise awareness among KHDA employees.
