JOB TITLE: Senior Specialist, Internal Communications

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist, Internal Communications to manage internal communications, ensuring simple, consistent, relevant, timely, and effective communication to employees. In this role, you will sit within the Human Capital team and assist different functions in formulating HR led campaigns to enhance employees’ perception of and interaction with the Human Capital team, as well as establish the desired organisational structure.
You will report directly to the Corporate Communications & Brand Director with a dotted line to the Human Capital Director to ensure alignment with the corporate calendar and brand guidelines and the Strategic & Internal Communications function.
