Senior Software Tester (Manual & Automation)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in QA methodologies, Agile frameworks, and test management tools. • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr).
• Conduct regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes.
