Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior Service Engineer for a leading UAE-based conglomerate specializing in engineering solutions, including swimming pool systems, water pumps, and filtration technologies. This role focuses on technical service execution and service sales, ensuring seamless installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales support across Dubai & Northern Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Service & Execution:
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of swimming pool pumps, filtration systems, lighting, and related equipment.
- Conduct on-site inspections, diagnose system inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines for all installations and maintenance tasks.
Service Sales & Business Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), system retrofits, and equipment upgrades.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers to drive service sales.
- Provide expert consultation on system design, equipment selection, and troubleshooting.
Customer Engagement & Technical Support:
- Conduct site visits, follow up on service requests, and ensure high service quality.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan to meet service revenue targets.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and maintain a structured service sales pipeline.
Project & Contract Management:
- Ensure contract compliance, track project timelines, and manage invoicing and payment collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to improve service offerings.
- Maintain detailed reports on service performance, revenue targets, and market opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
- Promote a safety-first culture in all service operations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in pump system maintenance, repair, and service sales.
- Expertise in water pumping systems, filtration technologies, and swimming pool equipment.
- Proven ability to work with consultants, contractors, and facility management teams.
- Strong technical knowledge in system estimation, sizing, and configuration for water pumping applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
