Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior Service Engineer for a leading engineering equipment company. The role involves managing service operations, generating inquiries, and upselling maintenance solutions for pumps, swimming pool media, light filters, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a service strategy to enhance client engagement.
- Manage AMC contracts, retrofit projects, and equipment replacements.
- Provide technical consultation on pump systems and maintenance.
- Conduct site visits, identify service needs, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure service quality, QHSE compliance, and timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, prepare technical proposals, and oversee invoicing.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years’ experience in pump maintenance & service.
- Strong technical expertise in pump systems & troubleshooting.
- Network with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Valid UAE driving license & proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
