Join us on this exciting journey toward financial empowerment and global impact.Job DescriptionROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions and shape the future of our products. This role reports to the VP, Agile Practices and is based in Dubai. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team follows Agile best practices and stays aligned with project goals. Coach and Mentor: Guide the development team and product owner on Agile principles and practices, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework. Remove Impediments: Identify and address any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress, working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions. Promote Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback. Facilitate Decision Making: Assist the team in making decisions and prioritizing tasks, ensuring that all decisions are made with a clear understanding of project priorities and objectives. Ensure Delivery: Monitor project progress and team performance, tracking key metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments. Act as a Servant Leader: Lead by example, serving the needs of the team and empowering them to take ownership of their work while promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.QualificationsKEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEssential: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (minimum 3 years) in a software development environment. Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience implementing Scrum methodology. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on servant leadership and team empowerment. Proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams and delivering high-quality software products on schedule. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Desirable: Experience in scaled agile frameworks.
