Global Construction and Infrastructure is looking for a talented Senior Sales Representative to join the Middle East district and cover Zahid territory to achieve the challenging PINS and Services growth target for this region. In this role, you will manage assigned dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability. The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What you will do:



Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
Acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

Skills you have:



Extensive experience in Communications skills, Relationship management and Customer focus - Fosters strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and on-going feedback/improvement.
Extensive experience in Value selling: Ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs
Extensive experience in Decision Making and Critical thinking - Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Working knowledge of the industry trends and regulatory environment and business development techniques
Ability to engage and negotiate with others to achieve win-win solutions

Top candidates will also have:



10+ years in previous commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Caterpillar products and applications
Strong drive and organizational capabilities
Fluent in English and Arabic

Additional Details



Ability to travel extensively within territory: up to 30%
Work location - Riyadh
