We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, hands-on experience with distributors, and a proven track record in direct sales. This role requires a proactive and resilient individual who can navigate the unique challenges of the MedTech industry in the UAE and Middle East region.

Description


Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.Engage directly with customers and hospital administrators (buyers, HODs).Participate actively in tender processes, with familiarity in NUPCO and other buying arms.Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with distributor managers.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.




Profile


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proven track record in direct sales and hands-on distributor management in the UAE and Saudi markets.Strong understanding of the MedTech industry, including tender processes and distributor landscapes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to adapt and pivot strategies quickly as needed.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
