Senior Sales Manager- Leisure
Job Summary:
To achieve and surpass agreed personal and team targets through effective selling, joint marketing management and development of existing and new business opportunities for JA Ocean View Hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To drive revenue growth by developing and identifying business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives for hotel accommodations, events, and property sales. Develop and maintain close working relationships with all accounts to ensure the client expectations are exceeded. To identify and manage sales opportunities in the leisure market (both local and international markets). To have an in-depth product knowledge of JA OVH and JARH properties and their extensive facilities and to sell the entire product range at every opportunity. Develop and maintain close working relationships with JARH representation offices To participate with the Senior Director of Sales in rate preparation contract development and market negotiations for our partners Ensure that performance appraisals are up to date, carried out proficiently and in a timely manner. Supervise the work of the team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures are followed, correcting errors or problems. Contribute to a team-oriented and associate-oriented company culture. Attend briefings, as required. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and contribute to team spirit. Cooperate and interact with other departments to provide additional/outstanding guest services.
Experience and Skills:
College/University Degree or equivalent 3 to 5 years’ experience Proficient in English Advance - Microsoft Office Prior experience in handling European market
