Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and managing a motivated sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with objectives.
Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs as the go-to solution in the UAE.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Monitor key sales KPIs and present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a hands-on leader with:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the last-mile delivery industry and UAE region. B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, technology, or SaaS.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and leading sales teams to success.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE logistics and delivery industry is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
