Market and prospect the allocated
region to grow the customer portfolio.
Present, promote, and sell
products using compelling arguments to existing and prospective clients.
Establish, develop, and maintain
strong business and customer relationships.
Report country PESTEL (Political,
Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) factors to
headquarters.
Collaborate daily with the
pricing team to optimize business operations.
Develop relationships with banks,
government institutions, and customers.
Travel frequently to visit
markets and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration or a related field.
Relevant experience as a B2B Sales Manager with minimum 5 years in the palm oil and specialty fats industry (mandatory).
Strong network and established
customer base in the palm oil and specialty fats sector.
Proven success in B2B sales with
a strong track record of achieving targets.
Highly motivated, results-driven,
with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
