Responsible to Achieve Sales Target as set by the management Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. The candidate should have experience in plumbing solutions, specifically with PPR Pipes Fittings, PEX Pipes, Poly Plast Etc and AC Accessories, Copper Pipes Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and carry out the Marketing activities as informed by the Dept manager Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends Prepare quotations and submittals as required Follow up Payments as per the agreed payment plans with the customers Handle POS – (Cash Sales) if required Submit management reports monthly or quarterly as required Requirements Relevant bachelor's degree / MBA would be an added advantage Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the AC accessories or building materials industry Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections Should have a valid Driving License English fluency is a must.
