Coordinate, support and manage existing business accounts and partners and approach new clients.
Arranging meetings based on a Job in Hand project and Tender stage projects.
Introducing product line mainly HVAC products, Valves and PICV to the contractors and consultants
Technical observation/ study of relevant project specifications to prepare the techno-commercial proposals for the represented product line, negotiate with contractors to finalize etc
Supervision / presiding over the proposal preparation/ final review of the offer, submittal, compliance statement and comments of consultants.
Commercial negotiations/bidding with contractors to finalize the order / project.
Preparing technical submittal for the commercially approved product for technical approval from the consultant
Working closely with consultants, if required, for a smooth approval process
Presiding over deliveries and after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and future business
Attending sales queries and maintain a good relationship with the clients, consultants, contractors etc

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling MEP / HVAC items in UAE
Male / Female candidates with experience preferred
Fluency in Arabic and English
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel outside UAE, If required.
Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication skills
