Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing a team, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Dubai real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in direct sales.

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients.
• Utilize MS Office and CRM systems to generate reports and track sales activities.
• Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Work flexible hours to meet client needs and close deals.
• Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members.

• Education: Minimum university degree.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in real estate (brokerage/developer).
  • 7+ years working in Dubai.
  • Proven team management skills and ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong connections with property owners in Dubai.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in direct sales.
  • Independent and logical thinker.
  • Go-getter attitude with excellent active listening skills.
  • A good command of English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• License: Valid driver's license required.
• Age: Not over 40 years old.
