Job Positions: Senior Roller (Steel Company)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of rolling mill operations and equipment.
Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize compaction and meet project specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment for safety and performance purposes.
Collaborate with construction team to coordinate compaction efforts and meet project deadlines.
Troubleshoot operational issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
