Function: Front Office Operations


Department: Front Office 


Role: The role at Address Residences, is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of all residential properties. This role involves managing various aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the residences with a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including property management, facilities, and guest services, to uphold high standards and create an unparalleled living experience for residents

This function is to ensure exceptional Guest Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless service experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our hotels, by delighting them from welcome until farewell.

Operational Leadership - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and service delivery across Address Residences


Team Management - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Residential Service - Collaborate with the guest services team to ensure a personalized and exceptional experience for residents.


Facilities Management - Implement preventive maintenance programs to uphold the quality and safety standards of the residences.


Community Development: Foster a sense of community within the property.


Financial Management - Assist in budget development and management for the operations department and Monthly P&L Management.


Resident Relations - Build positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.


Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.


Technology Integration - Stay updated on technology trends relevant to residential operations.


Implement and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and resident experience.

DESIRED PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY)


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of Hospitality/property management 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within residential operations or a related field.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and building codes.
  • Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
