Job Description:

  • Design and prepare interim payment certificates, variation orders, and manage contract changes.
  • Conduct cost estimation, analysis, and maintain cost databases for accurate project pricing.
  • Support project proposals, tenders, and ensure effective communication with clients and project teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports, maintain contract logs, and oversee project close-out documentation.

  • Male, 45 years old and below
  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery
  • Must have completed a minimum of 2 major projects with reputable clients
