About the Company

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Proposals & Marketing Specialist with architecture/landscape architecture experience to join their team in Dubai. This role is critical in shaping and executing marketing strategies to support work-winning initiatives, drive brand presence, and elevate project presentations. You will work closely with the design, technical, and commercial teams to develop compelling bids and proposals, marketing collateral, and brand assets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of the landscape architecture or built environment industry and a passion for storytelling through visually engaging presentations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Bid & Proposal Development: Review and analyse tenders, RFPs, and other work-winning opportunities. Create and design visually appealing templates for bid submissions, coordinate with technical and commercial teams for input, and compile cohesive, persuasive bids and proposals. Content Creation & Design: Develop high-quality marketing documents, including brochures, CVs, and award submissions. Use Adobe InDesign to craft visually compelling and branded materials, ensuring adherence to company standards. Project Presentations & Image Management: Prepare project presentations, assist with the development and management of our image library, and identify photography needs for projects to enrich company documentation and marketing materials. Marketing Support & Scheduling: Support the scheduling and rollout of marketing content across various platforms, including press releases, events, and social media.

Requirements:

Education: BSc or BA in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Urban Planning. Alternative qualifications will be considered ONLY in combination with extensive experience working in an Architecture or Landscape Architecture practice. Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in proposal writing, preparing inspiring presentations and supporting marketing activities within the landscape architecture/architecture industry, preferably with 2 years of MENA region experience. Marketing & Work-Winning Knowledge: Strong understanding of work-winning techniques, bid strategy, and proposal management within the built environment. Collaboration & Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate effectively with technical, design, and commercial teams to gather input and ensure alignment on marketing deliverables.

About You

Technical Skills:
Exceptional writing skills with ability to craft clear, persuasive content. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe photoshop. Understanding of BIM and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to effectively coordinate with technical teams. Knowledge of OpenAsset or similar digital asset management tools would be an added advantage.

Desirable Attributes:

Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Can-do attitude coupled with an eye for aesthetics and good business sense. Creativity and a strategic approach to visually conveying complex information. Keen interest in landscape architecture and built environment trends, innovations, and best practices.
