Our Middle East team is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the scope, management, and commercial performance of projects, ensuring successful delivery that meets client objectives.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead project scope development, management, and execution to achieve project goals.
- Define program objectives, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with contract terms and corporate policies.
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery, including resource planning, KPIs, and client engagement.
- Act as the company’s representative, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to schedules, plans, and specifications.
- Negotiate changes to project scope with clients and subcontractors.
- Identify and secure additional opportunities with clients.
- Develop and oversee project execution plans, HSE plans, and quality assurance processes.
- Supervise business, technical, financial, and administrative project functions.
- Provide guidance on engineering procedures, construction methods, and financial planning.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and development.
- Oversee staffing requirements and resource allocation for project success.
What you will bring to the team:
- Strong background in property and building project management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of contract management, risk assessment, and HSE regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days) in an office-based setting.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
