Senior Product Manager/ Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. 
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits

• Solution Design: Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Project Leadership: Own the client project solution and direction, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders and managing issue resolution.
• Functional Expertise: Act as the functional application expert, providing support for Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources, Workforce Management, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.
• Implementation: Lead the project team on the functional architecture of the project, assisting the technical team and ensuring successful project execution.
