Senior PR Executive (3-Month Temporary Contract)

We are recruiting for a Senior PR Executive for an immediate start. Succeeding as a Senior PR Executive at Acorn Strategy requires a blend of strategic insight, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing media relations and client accounts. Success in this role is defined by your ability to align PR efforts with strategic objectives, manage media interactions effectively, and deliver impactful results.

What You Will Do:

 This role involves managing media relations, executing PR campaigns, and addressing any crisis communications as needed, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Media Relations: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers in Abu Dhabi. Handle media inquiries, secure coverage, and manage press interactions to enhance the company’s visibility.
• Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring their PR needs are met with tailored solutions. Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address any issues or scope changes promptly.
• Strategic Communications: Plan and execute PR campaigns that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational initiatives and drive business impact.
• Content Creation: Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with the company's brand messaging.
• Event Management: Organise and manage media events, press conferences, and promotional activities. Coordinate all logistics and ensure successful execution.
  
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor media coverage and PR outcomes. Provide regular reports and insights on PR activities, and analyze results to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PR, with a strong track record in media relations and account management.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of media relations, PR strategies, and crisis communication. Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi media landscape and experience in strategic communications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
