KBR is looking for Senior Piping Engineer for a PMC project to be based in– Abu Dhabi UAE

Main Responsibilities

• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar skills

• Previous experience in ADNOC similar size & complexity level projects or ADNOC PMC experience

• Handling Bidder’s query; Tender Bulletin

• Various Workshops experience like IPR, COR, Value Engineering , Constructability, SIMOPS,

3D Model Review, P& ID review, HAZOP Review; plot plan review workshop, Interface / Tie-ins etc.

 in close co-ordination with COMPANY

• Fully aware about AGES, DGS, ADNOC HSE Standards, UAE Safety Codes & regulations

• Should be able to elaborate the Scope of Work (SOW) for consultants and monitor compliance

• Provide technical expertise to project management activities through all phases of projects,

Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre­-commissioning, Commissioning and Hand-over of Project

facilities to End Users.adequacy,

• Pre-qualification of Suppliers, Manufacturers & Consultants

• Expertise in review / performing the stress analysis, FIV/AIV studies

• Experienced in the,

• Design deviation/ Concession request Authorization  (DCA)

• Contractor Trend Notice (CTN)

• Using the API, ASTM, ISO, ASME codes & standards

• Non-metallic (GRE & HDPE) piping design / engineering, review of hydraulic and surge analysis

• Technical Bid Evaluations

• Piping Components data sheets

• Piping Deliverables

Experience OR Qualifications

• Minimum Overall 15+ years of oil & gas experience.
• Must have at least 3 to 5 Years experience working in SRU and Gas Processing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
• FEED experience is a must.
• PMC experience is an added advantage.
• GCC experience required.
