2.1 Operating room technicians, assist in surgical operations, and anesthetic procedure under the supervision of
surgeon, anesthetic, or other surgical personnel.
2.2 Surgical technologists are members of operating room teams, which most commonly include surgeons,
anesthesiologist and circulating nurses.
2.3 Perform a Varity of technical and supportive patient care tasks to assist attending surgeon, anesthesiologist,
circulating nurse and nurse anesthetics in performing surgical and anesthetic procedures for patients ranging
from infancy to geriatrics.
2.4 Perform routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies
