We are currently recruiting for an Senior Officer Wellness for our client to be based out of their Abu-Dhabi office.

Job Purpose:

The jobholder is responsible to perform operations under the supervision of Assistant Manager/Manager to execute the strategies in compliance with policies, procedures and
guidelines.

• Follows policies, procedures and instructions laid down by
  CBUAE/HAAD/DHA/MOH and adheres to rules and regulation
• Performs day to day operations of the team to ensure that implemented and designed work processes are compliant with the department established standards and procedures
• Ensures the work delegated by line manager are completed as per agreed SLA timelines
• Collaborate with external health and wellness vendors or professionals to offer specialized services to clients.
• Organize wellness events as per annual calendar such as health talk, wellness seminars, health check-up camp, etc.
• Create wellness plans and resources for clients based on individual needs and interests.
• Act as a liaison between relationship team, client or brokers regarding wellness related initiatives and concerns.
• Provide health education resources on topics like nutrition, exercise, mental health, ergonomics, and work-life balance.
• Promote company wellness initiatives through communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, and social media).
• Active engagement on the Health Regulator Patient support programs (PSP) 
• Identifies operational gaps and propose recommendations and solutions to address these gaps in order to keep pace with growth of the organization.
• Track and analyse wellness program participation and outcomes, adjusting programs based on feedback and results.
• Report on key wellness metrics such as participation rates, employee satisfaction, and health improvements.
