Planning  


  • Conduct and manage workshops and awareness sessions related to planning and government strategies in collaboration with the concerned entities.
  • Contribute in designing the internal and external surveys, analyse the feedback and conclude with recommendations in report format, such as stakeholders’ and employees views and expectations related to future plans or specific topics.
  • Conduct research and benchmark to support the line manager in the preparation of the analytical reports. 
  • Gather data and information from various sources to support the implementation of the strategy and operational plan planning processes.
  • Assist the line manager in developing the GCAA strategic and operational plans

Future Foresight


  • Contribute in the preparation of the future plan in collaboration with the concerned parties to promote concepts and understandings of future foresight
  • Coordinate and communicate with concerned internal and external entities to exchange and share ideas and suggestions regarding the latest future trends that support the GCAA’s field of work.
  • Gather data and information from various sources to support the implementation of the future foresight methodology.
  • Utilize analytical tools and programs to analyze data and information to support the planning processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate variables and their degree of correlation using the appropriate foresight tools
  • Raise awareness about the concepts and tools of future foresight to foster a culture of foresight in GCAA 

Performance Management System 


  • Implement the internal Audit program for the strategic and government KPIs and ensure readiness for Prime Ministers and Future Office Audit Program.
  • Assist in developing the necessary plans for the performance management system internally within GCAA and handle the system updates and enhancements.
  • Support the line manager in reviewing existing KPI’s and conduct brainstorming session on developing new required KPI’s

Corporate Cooperation and Coordination


  • Maintain effective cooperation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in order to gather the required information or to provide them with necessary requirements through different communication channels.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures


  • Contribute to develop and oversee the implementation of section policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Internal Surveillance Program & Audits


  • Implement corrective actions raised against the Sector under internal surveillance program to ascertain international standards and continuous improvement. 
  • Support the administration of activities by external entities on request.

Document Management


  • Maintain records of relevant reports, and general correspondence to ensure proper document management.

Reporting


  • Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.

Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA 


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards

Other Tasks/ Accountability 


  • Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
